Whoever this is evidently doesn't know how things work in the real world. They WILL be found and dealt with through the legal system. They call at all hours and I wonder if they are trying to pinpoint times of day when people are home for whatever reason. Just because the cell # is listed as Santa Monica CA it does not mean they are actually in CA. They have our phone #'s and can locate our addresses if we are not unpublished. Verizon needs to put an end to this problem before they have to answer to the FCC and the Public Utility Commission. Let's all get on the band wagon and STOP this.

This is Ameriloan. They are an unlicensed payday loan company operating on an Indian reservation in Florida. They do not hold a license to loan money to anyone in the U.S. and therefore cannot legally take anyone to court. They will call and threaten anyone who owes them money or anyone they think owes them money but it's all B.S. Just don't give them your bank account or debit card information as they will drain your account for every penny they can get. They are a bunch of crooks operating on the outer edges of the law.

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. This guy called my mother in law refused to give her any information except a number and that he was drawing up legal documents and I needed to call his office asap.

They say its for Macy's. My dad's accounts are up to day and never paid late.
